Counseling Compact
The Executive Committee has approved Draft Rules to be posted for public comment regarding the counseling compact. The public comment period began on March 17, 2026, and ends on April 24, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. MT. The draft rules (Chapter 8 Conversion and Chapter 9 Consistent Credentialing) and information on how to provide public comment are found on the rulemaking section of the counseling compact website.
