Notices of Rulemaking

Detailed notices only appear on the Rules Portal and the abbreviated notices are published once in the newspapers and in the Vermont Government Register.

The Vermont Government Register is available by subscription from Lexis Publishing and includes administrative rule notices as well as other regulatory and governmental information. Lexis Publishing also publishes The Code of Vermont Rules (a.k.a. Vermont Administrative Code), a compilation of administrative rules in effect for Vermont. The Code is available by subscription direct from LexisNexis.
