Strategic plan for the Vermont Historical Records Advisory Board (2020-2025)

The role of VHRAB is to facilitate historical records coordination for statewide programming across multiple Vermont historical records repositories.

Identify technical assistance needs of Vermont historical records repositories, propose training opportunities, and serve as a liaison between VHRP Director and repositories as needed.
Identify opportunities for Vermont historical records repositories to collaborate on statewide programming and initiatives that support the preservation and promotion of historical records.
Identify funding sources for technical assistance, programming, and initiatives and serve as a liaison between the VHRP Director and repositories on grant proposals.
Identify ways to incorporate Vermont historical records in citizen engagement activities throughout the State.
