Criminal Court Cases

Criminal cases are currently heard by the Criminal Division of the Superior Court. Predecessors to the Criminal Division include the former Vermont District Court, Municipal Courts and County Courts. Criminal court cases in the Vermont State Archives are generally limited to cases heard prior to 1945 and specific geographic locations.
